To login to this application first you have to go to the play store in your device. After entering the Play Store search for the MyJio application. You will find this application which have read background logo with Jio written in the logo in white colour.
Tap on the download button and wait until the download complete. After the installation of the application open the application. you will see a welcome page. Where on the top side of this page their are some slides of some of the features Jio provides. And also there are different options for login to this application.
If you are a mobile user than you can login with mobile your mobile number, If you have Jiofiber than you can login with that, If you are user of Jiofi than you can do it with that and you can login with Jiolink also. And you are a sells person or a owner of a hotel or shop and you have a QR code than you can login with that QR also. They have given all the options choose one option which you want to login with.
Now enter the mobile number in the given space and tap on the login option given below. Than they will send a OTP ( one time password ) on the number which you have given to verify. You will have to type the otp in the boxes they have given. If you do not get the OTP than check the number you have given that it belongs to you or not and the number is right than click on the resend OTP option. After filling the OTP tap on submit OTP option to continue.
Now you are almost done with the procedure. Now the application will ask for some permissions from you to give better experience of the application. For example your contacts, to turn on your location and sms service. Tap on the allow button to finish the process. How to recharge in MyJio application ?
It is a very easy process to recharge in MyJio application. There are so many other options are also there like, recharge in your friends number, get a Jiofiber, get a new jio SIM and many more. For recharge in your phone number with you have your MyJio account than just follow the steps given below.
First when you open the application you will see your plan details in my account which you have currently active. To do a new recharge tap on the recharge option they have given below your current plan details. And than you will be taken to the next page where you will see different plans.
They have separated the plans for you. For example there are some popular plans which people mostly do , there some annual plans in which you can save some money, there are some top ups which you can get when you already have active plan but want some extra internet, there are some plans which includes the subscription of Disney plus hotstar, They have also international roaming plans available and ISD plans too.
You have to choose which plan you want for your mobile number. They have written that which plan is for how long validity. Choose according to your need and budget. To choose tap on the buy option given with that plan you want to get. And the next tab will open in which you have to select the payment option.
There are all types of payment options are available like, debit card, phonepe, Paytm, WhatsApp and also you can use the Jio upi option for your recharge. Before selecting the payment option you will see there is a option to add voucher for your recharge on the top right side of this page. Just click on that option and you can see that you have any voucher available or not if available than select to get discount in your recharge.
Also in the lower side of this voucher option there are some interesting offers are available which you can apply and get discount in some other subscription or buying any product. After applying this offer select a option to continue with payment. And fill the details of your card or enter the pin carefully. Once the payment is done it can not be take back so make sure you fill the currect details.
Once you are done with your payment you will get message from MyJio application that you have successfully activated the plan and you can also see your plan in my accounts.
